Terms and Conditions

The hired car will be fully cleaned, polished and valeted prior to leaving our premises , and checked at pick up address. Though we use any available spare time prior to departing the church (ceremony} to clean off the fresh dirt or insects, we cannot guarantee that the car will be 100% perfectly clean due to the distance and weather conditions. We also hold no responsibility for clothing being marked or dirtied.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to verify that the details of dates, times, and addresses are correct on the Booking Form.

Car/s and dates will only be reserved for 7 days from first contact of agreement to book the hire vehicle/s.

Bookings  are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit of £50.00 is non refundable when booked.

The full outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks prior to the hire date, for the booking to go ahead.Unfortunaley after full payment has been received, this is non refundable.

In the unlikely event the car failed to proceed (broke down) on the day.  1) We would attempt to get another Wedding Car to the location as soon as possible. 2) Or arrange for a taxi to collect the bridal party.

The hirer will be responsible for damage to the hired vehicles,however caused by the hirer or guests.

All bookings are for a maximum of 4 hours, unless by prior agreement with company.

The company will not be responsible in the event of personal items left in the vehicle or damage.

Every care is taken to maintain our cars in first class condition, but in the unlikely event the car booked is unable to complete the engagement owing to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, then whilst we endeavour to provide a satisfactory alternative, and/or return any pre-paid deposits or hire charges, no liability will be accepted by use for any consequential loss.

Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines, we accept no responsibility for any delays.

The hired car/s is a non- smoking environment.

The driver may terminate the booking of the hirer or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly, or  in the drivers judgement, or unfit to travel.

Bookings are accepted only  on the understanding that the hirer has read, understood and accepts the above terms and conditions.
